You’re welcome to participate in as much or little as you want. You get to customize this weekend to meet your needs, we encourage you to listen to your body.

* To really allow the body and mind to reset, this is a sober weekend. Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of tasty mocktails and NA bevies.

Meet your hostesses:
Stephani is a life & confidence coach who empowers women to love themselves first to create the relationships they desire. Using a mind, body and spirit approach she walks clients through healing the past, learning how to unconditional love themselves and then attract or create loving, healthy relationships in their lives.
Stephani struggled with anxiety and relationships for years. The struggle to find answers has led her to become certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, registered yoga teacher, and Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School. This is why she now uses a mind, body & soul approach to help others as it has healed her.

Retreat reservations are 100% refundable until 4/1/2022. After that, they are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant for the same retreat days.
Depending on the COVID status at the time of the retreat, participants may have to prove vaccination status or negative test within 3 days of retreat. The cabin has rigorous cleaning procedures between groups and sanitizers/cleaning products will be available for participants. Masks will not be required.
